Dale Schoffer

Dale has been a member of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors since the creation of the Corporation in 2016. He has been the Board Chair since 2018.

Dale has an extensive background in financial management and board governance. He brings to the board, expertise in finance, pensions, governance, risk management, investments, and insurance. He was the Associate Vice-President (Finance) with the University of Regina for more than 20 years.
Dale has been a board or committee member of: Chartered Professional Accountant Insurance Plans West (CPAIPW); University of Regina, Academic & Administrative Benefits Committee; University of Regina, Trust & Endowment Committee; University of Regina, Joint Pension Investment Committee Wascana Centre Authority; Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan (ICAS); United Way Regina and more.

He has: a FCPA (Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant designation), a C. Dir (Chartered Director Designation), a FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant designation), and a CA (Chartered Accountant designation). He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984.

Dale is currently a partner and senior consultant with Integrity Frameworks.
