Manager, Operations & Safety
Keith Guillaume is responsible for leading the Operations division of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation, as well as for leading the Safety Management System for the organization. Keith joined the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation in 2016.
Over Keith’s more than 20 year career he has managed a number of manufacturing facilities in a variety of sectors. During this time he has also been engaged in leading the selection and implementation of numerous Management Systems targeted at improving product quality, as well as facility operations and safety.
Keith has a diploma in Civil Engineering technology from SIAST Palliser Campus (now Saskatchewan Polytechnic), Quality Management System Lead and Internal Auditor certification from the Quality Management Institute, and Safety Management System Auditor training from the Safety Association of Saskatchewan Manufacturers. He has also completed his Class 3 Water Treatment training with the Operators Certification Board of Saskatchewan in 2020.
In his spare time Keith is engaged with his children’s sporting activities through coaching and through volunteering for various other roles in a variety of sports. He spends numerous hours with his family traveling and outdoors engaging in many activities including water sports, fishing, mountain biking, skiing and hiking.
