Jim Dundas
Jim was appointed to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in April, 2025.
Jim is an executive with 42 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He provided leadership to large-scale, complex capital projects and teams providing 7-24 operational support for mission critical systems in the telecommunication, healthcare and financial service sectors.
Jim recently retired as the Chief Information Officer of SaskTel. He joined SaskTel during a period of transformation in which he lead teams to modernize its systems and infrastructure. Additionally, Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of SaskTel International.
Prior to joining SaskTel, Jim was Regional Vice President of CGI, where he had executive responsibility for all business operations in Saskatchewan.
Jim has a great deal of strategy and governance experience in both the private and public sectors. He has also worked with and on a number of boards.
Greg McIntyre
Greg was appointed to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in April, 2025.
Greg brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, including over 13 years as a Commercial Banker. In that role, he managed the banking needs of some of the bank’s most valued clients across industries such as Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Commercial Real Estate. Today, as RBC’s Regional Manager of Interns, Greg leverages that experience to develop and deliver training programs that upskill the next generation of commercial bankers, with a focus on integrating technology and AI into the learning process.
Known for his financial acumen and strong community ties, Greg has made meaningful contributions to numerous boards and committees. As Chair of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, he developed a strong foundation in governance, particularly in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and change management. He is eager to apply these skills to support the long-term success of the Board.
Jessica Theriault
Jessica became a member of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Board of Directors in April, 2023.
She has been employed with the Mosaic Company of Regina since 2010 in a number of capacities and currently is the Director, Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability.
She brings a wealth of experience including various types of board governance, risk management, including internal and external stakeholders, industrial water quality & supply, ESG/sustainability, regulatory, environmental risk management and strategy development.
She also currently serves on the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
She received her Master of Business Administration (Executive Management, International Business) and Regional Environmental Systems Engineering Degree, both from the University of Regina
Pat Wilson
Pat became a member of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Board of Directors in April, 2023.
She was the former Director of Waterworks with the City of Regina and carries a CPA designation. She has a proven track record in capital budgeting and planning, strategic planning, governance, HR management, and executive leadership.
She is also a board member of the Canadian Water Network and the Chair of the Audit and Governance committee for that board. She has also served on various not-for-profit boards in the Arts community and is a founding member of the Regina Chapter of Women United.
She received her Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) from the University of Regina in 1986 and her Master of Arts (English) in 1992 also from the University of Regina.
